The Norm at Brooklyn Museum is a new restaurant concept inspired by the culturaldiversity of Brooklyn. Led by Chef Saul Bolton of Great Performances, the menu incorporates Indian, Mexican, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Caribbean, Indo-Chinese and all-American elements. Featured among the menu’s small plates and snacks: Chicharrones al Pastor, Bombay Snack Mix, Grilled Japanese Eggplant with Green Tahini,Roasted Carrot Salad with Bulgur and Medijool dates, and Curried Cauliflower with Pecorino Sardo and Pickled Raisins. Entrée highlights include: Tonkastu Style Ramen, Free Bird Farms Roast Chicken with Mole Poblano and a signature Dry Aged Norman Burger.
