There are No Refunds for Reservations not canceled with 24 hour notice

Rules & Tips

1. Please be parked and checked in at the visitors center with all of your party, 30 minutes prior to departure.
2. Only registered service animals are allowed.
3. Please sign the Safety Manifest in the visitors center before your trip.
4. Seating is open seating, first come first serve on seats.
5. Refreshments are allowed on board, but please no alcohol!
6. If steps are up and the tour has begun, you will not be able to get on.
7. Reserved seats can be sold if not here 15 minutes prior to departure!
8. Tours may be subject to cancellation for weather concerns and if less than 10 people are booked

Parking Tips
There is parking available at the Frost Bank Parking Garage (Garage entrance at 406 Brazos St. or 112 E. 4th St.) We highly recommend ridesharing in Austin.
