Understanding VIP Rewards

VIP Status is gained by earning points for reservations. It may also be given permanently to customers by the venue. VIPs receive discounts off the check and access to shorter lead times (short notice reservations). All VIP rewards are customized by participating venues. The table to the right shows venues that offer VIP Rewards in your city.

How Is VIP Status Earned?
Every time you book a reservation, you earn 50 points per reservation plus 10 points per person. For example, a two person party will earn 70 points and a five person party will earn 100 points. If you collect 200 points at a particular venue within any 30 day period, you will become VIP for the next 30 days. To maintain VIP status, simply earn 200 more points in the next 30 days by booking at the venue using Reservation Genie.

Please Note: If you No Show a reservation, it will subtract points and venues can change the final party size of reservations.
