Hudson's on the Bend

Hudson’s on the bend is widely considered one of the nicest restaurants in the Austin area. Owner and head chef, Jeffrey Blank has several cook books out, hosts weekly cooking classes, and has been showcased on several TV cooking shows for his unique approach to local ingredients. They specialize in wild game, but they also offer more traditional seafood and steak prepared in ways you could never dream up yourself. They are a bit outside of Austin, being located 1.25 miles North of Mansfield Damn off of Hwy 620.
